Snipa aka Tony Blayzem was born June 6, 1984 in Fayetteville, NC. Originally starting off by writing poetry, Snipe found himself in lunchroom and afterschool freestyle sessions back in 1999-2000. Gradually falling in love with the hip-hop art Snipa began hitting the streets hard looking for recording studios, as well as other music outlets. Through forming his first group in high school known as Progressives (PRO'S) , he found multiple ways of recording and producing music. Not realizing that all the hard work and detication he put towards his projects with the PRO'S was just practice, he later ran into his, what is now, good and close friend RO, better known as Rise from Empire ent.. Taking Snipa under his wing, Rise pumped the young artist full of the good, bad, and the ugly when it came to the music industry. Performing for the East Coast step show and being one of the opening acts for the Bone Crusher & Young Bloods concert back in 2003, was just early preparation for what is yet to come. Now, as one of the top artist of Empire ent. Snipa (aka Mr. Tony Blayzem if ya nasty) is currently working on his Mix tape followed by his up and coming Album Life Behind Bars.
