I love life and the feeling of sunshine on my face. I can also be found spinning straw into gold on the occasional lazy sunday afternoon. That about sums me up. But other than that, I guess I've been into music my entire life, can't walk down the street without my ipod. Scholastically, I've been a work-in-progress for a while now. In my spare time I love to snowboard in the winter and scuba dive in the summer. Tryin to go backpacking sometime if anybody's game for a real trip. Who's tryin to hit up a national forest? The plan is to go to at least the Great Smoky Mtn. National and maybe the Shenandoah National this summer, then to Yosemite the following summer. I need to get a ACR TerraFix PLB to go with my Rino and it's on.

I'm technically a student pilot in the eyes of the FAA, but haven't finished yet, or really started for that matter in my opinion. I have a dream of being a commercial helicopter pilot with someday hopefully getting a opportunity somewhere to become an air ambulance pilot, which is my ultimate goal in life. One I'm extremely committed to realizing, maybe not today or tomorrow for that matter, but I assure you God willing, sometime. Being on campus April 16th during the shootings has strengthened and galvanized my resolve to achieve that goal in life, someday I want to make a difference for someone. If not for others, then at least for myself. For my job, I keep 500+ gallons of fresh water aquariums and 700+ gallons of saltwater aquariums for a place in salem. It's funny though, I don't even have a fish to call my own, although I have a tank I just don't feel like being responsible for another tank.Other than that, I was born a hokie in the middle of a uva family. Cuz its one helluva school . I love pro football and hockey. Been a panther fan since their expansion/inception/conception(whatever you prefer) in '93 and was present and accounted for at Death Valley for their first exhibition game(1st organized game) against Denver, feels good to see them actually come around in the past couple of years. And of course, one of the first teams I ever started following the flyers.
