Spawned in late 2003, New York based Voice of Dissension is charging head first into the heavy metal scene. Fueled by a pure love for playing music, Voice of Dissension creates a unique sonic assault sure to please any fan of intense music. They are well known by fans for their diverse style, performing their very own brand of brutal music, never giving in to music trends or sounds but always creating music that means something to them. Their technical riffs combined with melodic harmonies just make Voice Of Dissension one of Long Island’s premier metal bands. They quickly gained a strong fan base within the long island area that is still growing daily. Loving or hating heavy music, no one can ignore Voice of Dissension's intensity, integrity and determination to spread their music to anyone who is willing listen.
Over the years, the band has gone through many member changes. Voice Of Dissension started to take its final shape around November of 2005. With the full line-up that exists today, Voice Of Dissension recorded their first EP with Joe Cincotta of Full Force Studios. He has recorded such bands as Suffocation, Internal Bleeding, and Criminal Element. The band has just returned to Full Force to self release their next EP.
Nothing will stop them from spreading their mind blowing music and most of all.......Dissension among the Human Race.
