About Me

In Body, In Music, In Mind....
A random girlie who loves all things visual, textual, audible, and edible.
I am infinitely aroused by brillliant writing, intoxicating rhythm, simple beauty, and inspired passion.
It's been a tiring few weeks of working quite a bit. Music keeps me going. If you need a high-energy pick-me-up, head for the classics .
Some random personal bits:
I am trained in being able to maneuver my body into a variety of positions, using a three-rung ladder (with wrist/ankle tie) that swings from the ceiling In my first real job, when I was 11, my title was "corn bunny" I still use Pine to read most of my mail. There's a mark on my thigh that when it gets some sun, looks exactly like australia. Perhaps it's a treasure map! Current fave words: chide, bodega, rogue, randy, borderism. I have a collection of blank notebooks. One of my faves is a Japanese one that has this written on the cover, "Most Advanced Quality/Gives Best Writing Features" - you may not get the blank notebook thing at first, but I assure you, it's the greatest of optimism. I am, against my better judgement, a decent and genuine person. I am not, however, easy to get along with if I believe that you are not. I love the beauty, sound, creative execution, and rich meanings of words. Hearing most workplace verbage or sayings will elicit a visible cringe. I have trained myself not to roll my eyes in meetings when folks say things like, "Let's get on the same page about this" and seem overly proud of themselves. When it comes to people I spend my time with, I am either extremely picky or a complete misanthrope, but a slightly social and bouncy one, so I can't quite figure out what's up there. I am a cynical idealist. This has its issues.

geez man, I don't know...If you're curious about anything at all, may as well just ask. I'm likely to answer just about anything.
If you feel the need to stalk - you can find my random venting about this and that, upcoming shows of interest (to me), and such on livejournal .
"I say what it occurs to me to say when I think I hear people say things; more, I cannot say."
