Despite occasional distractions, Jonathan Marlow is a writer, producer, actor, cinematographer, critic, curator and composer. Not necessarily in that order. A moderately accomplished director with merely twenty films to his credit (mostly of the short variety), he can be found in the usual places, writing for numerous publications on issues relating to the motion picture business. Concurrently, Marlow consults for a handful of organizations devoted to the noble effort of film preservation and regularly hosts film screenings throughout the country showcasing remarkable cinematic works otherwise unavailable on video.
