I am so not where I wanted to be at the age of '30', this is of course from the high school days of yesteryear and the dreams that I once had no longer apply nor interest me. I have completed my to do list from 'what I want to be when I grow up...' and now it is time to dream new dreams and make those too come true... I am rather enjoying the place that I am in my life for I have no strings to hold me down, to make me fret or make me frown. You see I am rather Happy Go Lucky kinda guy. We can make plans for a weekend getaway in the country next weekend or I may just get in my car and head to the city. Though I love the lights the glitter and the glam, I also enjoy 'My Time' you know on the mountain top over looking the vast country grounds, or going horse back ridding along the water line on an almost isolated beach, but then again jumping in the jeep and hitting a four wheel event is pretty nice as well. Yes I have a bunch of jeans and tee shirts in my closet but I clean up nice! My passion for many years now is FOOD...Though allot of my interest may fluctuate this is one thing that remains the same....I mean I may jump on the snow machine or just want to walk around the frozen lake, but you bet I would like to cuddle up over a cup of chocolate heath cocoa or a white chocolate mocha when the outdoor activities are done... I have been accepted to the French Culinary Institute in NYC and I am looking forward to this...okay so this has been placed on hold...I am now about to embark with Cruise West....then Park West...I am not certain where I will end up but you bet there will be water or mountains close by, no flat lands for me thanks, I love to lay back and watch the trees go by as some one else drives me around, I love that I don't have to pay for insurance but I do miss the ride...again with the open fields and mountain tops... mmm...I think more water than anything for me...
