"I Have No Race, I Am Me!" - An original work by yours truly... I remember days when race didn't define me./ I remember ways my face couldn't confine me./ Not my slender nose or my long hair./ Not my light skin, yellow and fair./ I have no race, I am me! I remember kids at school wanted to know/ If I ws black like them or white like snow./ But an answer I could not provide./ I was stuck in the middle, could not choose a side./ I have no race, I am me! I remember my mother explaining to me/ Black is in my soul though yellow I appear to be./ Bajan trapped on American land./ Proud to have both trident and stars in my hands./ I have no race, I am me!

My Interests

I'm such a homebody! I read, write, chill, play my Wii (wanna play with mii?), watch TV (TV is the devil!). I love movies! I love going to the movies and watching dvds on my home theater system. I'm into electronics like crazy (you'll never catch me flyin without my T-Mobile Wing, yeah we can trade gmails, iPod 80 GB with sounds comin through the BOSE in-ear earphones, and trusty, handy dandy Sprint phone!)

Music:

I'm so eclectic! I listen to the traditional (well maybe not traditional) R&B and Hip-Hop, but I also love me some Alternative, Pop, and Heavy Metal. Right now, the 90's music movement is dominating my iTunes. Nice & Smooth, Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth, Das Effects, De La Soul, (classic) Busta Rhymes, Ol' Dirty Bastard and the Wu Tang, and the list goes on...
