If I'm not supposed to say it, it's all I want to say. If I have to say it, it's probably a lie. I hate to lie. I hate liars. Many people lie. Many people lie to many, many more people everyday. I feel sorry for people. Many people. People I've never met. Sometimes I feel sorry for myself. I'm tired of being lied to. I wish the truth were easier to see. I wish I didn't mistake lies for truth. Sometimes I'm wrong. If I am, I usually regret it. Once, I was happy I was wrong. Probably many more times than once. Most times, I regret being right. I'm generally cynical. When I'm right it's usually not good. I would like to trust. My friends, my parents, my government, my repair man, my boss, my employees, my television...but maybe I can trust them all. I can trust them all to lie to me, at least once. So is that the only truth? My fathers had dreams too. But they had something else. Belief. Wendy's almost had it. Where's the belief? Did you know Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy's Hamburger chain, was a high school drop out? I wonder if he was a liar too. He didn't look like one. Those are the best kind. Has anyone ever told you they have all the answers you'll ever need? Or if they don't, they know someone or something that does? I say question those who never question. How could anyone have the answers? The test hasn't even been fully written yet. Is there anyone alive who knows every language spoken aloud today? Is it easier, or harder to lie in a foreign language? Did you realize that you think in your native language? If you speak multiple languages you probably have. Has anyone lied to you today? Am I lying to myself if I answered my own question NO? If someone has lied to me and I wasn't aware, how can I even answer? I'm a terrible speller. I don't proof read like I should. Have you thought about anything important today?
