My favorite thing in the world is sailing, I'm an instructor and I am in the current Sunsail brochure 4 times! I'm just back from working for them in Antigua and am now going to Turkey with them. Hoping to spend a fair bit of my gap year instructing in various places around the world, including good old Cobnor, of course. I'm a bit of a drama queen, acting is a release from real life, all the drama also means I am a HUGE poser, hehe. I also happen to think drums are rather good, I am a member of (now only) one band with my sister, she plays guitar. I love shoes and sunglasses, and have far too many of both! Erm.... think that's pretty much it!
Boys who don't stare at boobs, girls who don't bitch constantly, a completely honest person, Ray Mears and Richard Hammond! I don't want to meet anyone who calls me Soph. It is not my name.
I love music, I have a very varied music taste, I like songs because I like them, not because they conform to a specific genre or style. My real love is indie stuff, but I like just about anything really, as long as it's not dance/garage/house/crap, although on a few rare occasions, those are ok too.
I like Aerosmith quite a bit and the Anchor Man soundtrack... odd, but hey. I enjoy the musical stylings of Miss Becky Pimenta and Sandweaver. I'm a big fan of old rock music, the cheesier the better. I love swing and, rather randomly, brass bands. I also have a bit of a weakness for Pop-rock. As I said, pretty much anything and everything will do!
Dirty dancing is the best chick flick ever, but when I'm feeling boyish (which is most of the time) I'm quite keen on Lock Stock, Withnail and I and Anchor Man. Peter's Friends is also very good, I do love Steven Fry.
Hotel Babylon and Hustle. Top gear is just a work of genius, I love the Hamster! He is my favourite mum-aged presenter ever. Scrubs is very funny, I spend too much time watching it! I love The OC (who doesn't?!) I also have a strange obsession with Ray Mears' Bushcraft programs and Due South (it's about an attractive Mounty)
I love books, I'll read just about anything, but my favorite is either "P.S. I Love You", "The Lovely Bones" or "The Wind in the Willows". I've recently read the Jasper Fforde books, really surreal, but entertaining.
Where would a girl be with out her best friends? They are the most important ladies in my life, so I guess my Heroes have to be: Vicky for being THE most entertaining person in the world, Lucy because she has both beauty and brains, Helen for being the best and craziest person to chat to, she always makes me feel better, Fia is just insane, and as for that hair..... well, if you've met her, you'll know! Jess can hold CD's in her bum.... Izzy gives the best hugs ever, and is so strong. Cat is my drinking/do stupid stuff partner in crime, Becky is an incrediably talented singer! Batty is crazy, having spent a week on a boat with her... I didn't know one person could possibly need that much stuff! Jemma for being unashamedly dirty, and of course, my mum, possibley the one person who understands the crazy that makes up Sophie, she is my closest friend. They are the best friends a girl could wish for, hehe. Get Your Own! | View Slideshow
