Ian Hutchison is a 29 year old singer / songwriter from Perth, Scotland. He has written songs from an early age and sights southern / bluesy / country rock as his passion and draws influence from artists and bands such as Chris Robinson (Black Crows), Lynryd Skynyrd, John Foggarty (CCR), Noel Gallagher to the defining artist / group of our generation Mick Jagger & The Rolling Stones.
Ian fronts Perth based Rock band The Revivals which saw him release an album, tour the UK twice, play live accoustically on the BBC 7 times as well as trips to SXSW in Austin Texas in 2006 & 07.
Whilst performing with The Revivals @ SxSW in 2007 Ian was approached by representatives of 'new age' Multi Media Music Management company 4MCL based in NYC and after lenghthy discussions between 4MCL and Ian's UK based Management team a 10 point plan to introduce Ian's talent has been drawn up and is now being put into practice both in the UK & the US.
Ian is currently working on releasing a single with The Revivals in April 2008 and is also writing material for a solo project which may get release towards the end of the year. Watch this space............
