About Me

A guy named brian started this little shindig in the winter of 05/06... A few years ago, some guys named eric, brian, and brandon we're in a band called InMediaRes... after the breakup of the band and resulting drama brian and eric had it in their minds to start something up again in the future. Brandon went away to college, didn't do so well, came back, and was accepted by the ruthless bunch listed above... things remained stagnant for awhile until we found a drummer named steven... after awhile of rocking, eric had to say farewell... and a badass from Byron named Chris was recruited to team City/State
We Were fortunate enough to have, very early in our musical endeavors, been able to go on tour with a band called Congratulations On Becoming A Pilot or COBAP for short... also in doing this we have met some of the greatest and kindest people imaginable... we thank all of you and owe alot of you... especially a kid named Dustin Verni who helped us out as a fill-in guitarist on tour... we couldn't have done it (as well at least) without you
In late summer 2007 Your City/State decided to have their last show. It was a good time and we hope you thought so too
Since the band parted ways, the members of YCS have formed or joined new bands found in the first two spots of our top friends. Brian joined the New Disasters and Stevie, Brandon, and C French formed Joie De Vivre.
So add them!
