About Me

EMACULATE WILL BE DROPPING IN LATE MARCH EARLY APRIL 2008 Justin Jermaine McIntyre (Young Mac) was born in Panola County Hospital and raised in Coldwater, MS. The 22 year old Rapper / Producer was introduced to music at a very young age. In the early 90’s, Young Mac traveled throughout the south with his father’s gospel music group The Golden Traveler’s which inspired him to one day create music of own. As Young Mac grew older he began to create his own music and perform at local parties and clubs. By the time he reached 9th grade, he formed a group with childhood friends called The Assassin Clique. The group consisted of 4 members: Young Mac, Bran-Bran, K-Butta and Hubb. One year later, Young Mac, Bran-Bran and K-Butta were all part of Macnifacent Records which is still considered home by the 3 of them. In 2003 Young Mac graduated high school and joined the Army so The Assassin clique decided that it would be best if they all became solo artist. In early 2004, Young Mac moved to Columbus, Ga where he met friends Dippa and Frank of The Senate Production Team. He recorded most of his first underground album Nonfiction with the help of The Senate and Mac Khaos. According to Young Mac, The Senate as well as Mac Khaos (CEO of Macnifacent Records) played and still plays a huge role in him developing as an artist. In January of 2005, Young Mac departed the U.S. for 1 year to serve his country in the ongoing War On Terrorism. With an enormous desire to create music, Young Mac and a few other friends built a studio in Iraq. In October of 2005, Young Mac made history releasing his first mixtape, South Up while still at war in Iraq. He also opened Emaculate Entertainment which is an independent record label. After the release of his first mixtape Young Mac joined rap group YMS (Young Militant Squad) with Corey Brown (Young Phenom) and Chris Hooks (Black). After returning from Iraq in 2006, Young Mac released another mixtape entitled Bottom’s Up. Almost a year later the independent artist deployed back to Iraq and isn’t scheduled to return to the U.S until summer 2008. Meanwhile, Emaculate the album is still scheduled to debut in late March 2008 so in the mean time, stay tuned and enroll in Rehab because this is Crack Music.THE WAIT IS NECESSARY
