Hehe... Last week I sold a home I listed in 4 days for $10,000 over what the sellers wanted for it. Couldn't be going better.

Amazing! Finalizing a home sale this week. Believe it or not but it will bring me to 1mil in sales for the year so far, and more on the way! Feelin' gooooood.You know who to call. : )
