Walking down a road
wondering where i was headed
thinking i was by myself
but the whole time he was with me
i knew he was there because i always heard his foot steps
there was a time that i fell
i thought that i would never get up
then the next thing you know i was moving again
i heard only one set of feet this time
the only thing was that mine weren't moving
your wondering how
i was too!
I was too blind to see
that when i thought i was all by myself
the lord sent someone to carry me
he sent me
Jesus!On this journey we talked about everything
And at the end of his lesson
he told me
Ask God to give me strengh, so i can take what's thrown at me
to give me wisdom so i can accept as well as provide apologies
and courage so that i can learn how to stand in the name of jesusLast but not least he told me that i needed to ask God to teach me how to let it all go!
