About Me

Little Fire is actually the name of my household. I am just one of several Little Fires, we are a part of a Celtic Reenactment group called Clanne Preachain.

At the tender age of 14 I began working at the Maryland Renaissance Festival. When I realized that the SCA had just as much fun without all of the tourists, I started going to Pennsic War (somewhere around age 21). I've been hooked ever since and have gone every year since, except one.

What can I say, I'm a junkie for this stuff! This year I attended 3 major wars: Pennsic, Gulf Wars, and Ragnarok. My own group, Clanne Preachain, hosts our own private events and I attend many other public SCA and Dagorhir events throughout the year.

Sometimes I blog about events I've attended or other life happenings. Read more here

My Interests

I'm a big supporter of reenactment fighting . I hang with people from groups across the SCA, Dagorhir, and other similar games: Clanne Preachain, Anglesea, Concussar, Dahlraidia, Galatia, Kinderfodder, the Headclan, the Dragonhood, among others. My own little pocket of the reenactment world tends to include mostly Celts, mercenaries, and other free-thinkers. Although I am not a fighter myself, these are my people, this is where I belong.

With these people, in these camps, I feel that my creative spirit is allowed to run free. this is why I participate in these events.

I'd like to meet:

Would you fit into these scenes? If so, I'd like to meet you!
