About Me
Frank, the creator, has an inspired soul, entrepreneurial spirit and a natural skill with guitar (reminiscent of talent….before his time??). Deciding to start up something that had been brewing in his mind for some time, Frank put together the group, GUNZAWLESS. Frank has had a great history in dealing with all of the aspects of music. As a young kid, Frank would leave the other kids to riding bikes and throwing rocks to perform his music. Year after year, Frank would learn more, create more, and gain a greater understanding and appreciation for all forms of music. In grade school Frank was your typical music scholar, sporting a rock t-shirt topped with a Levi jacket, and wielding a saxophone. In the corner of his room you would find piles of guitar magazines, cassette tapes, and fold-out posters. When Frank finished the twelfth grade, he furthered his musical career by studying at NMSU, in his home state of New Mexico. Throughout this time, Frank diversified his musical tastes. In performing a number of instruments with a number of different groups, Frank created a broad affinity and understanding towards the world of music.
After Frank had his fill of school, he headed to different cities throughout the southwest, trying to find that niche in the industry. After a couple of years, Frank and his brother Pete settled down in Phoenix. Still trying to understand the local music scene, the two experimented with different groups, sounds, and styles. Years later, Paul, the youngest of the three, would move out to complete the family band; Frank was at a point where he decided to create a project of his own.Frank, the leader, could be considered the governor of GUNZAWLESS. With all of his studying, years of experience, and the support of his brothers, Frank decided to take hold of the reigns. Frank utilized everything he had; two brothers, innate talent, gained knowledge … and a loan, all of which allowed him to start up something quite different from the norm. Frank has never ceased educating himself and is still seeking a way to find enlightenment both in music and in himself.
