Dance to the sound of the world on fire.

About Me

What's up? I'm 35, I live in Dallas TX. I have a wonderful 12 year old daughter named Brianna. I play bass for Damage Case. Our debut album is out now on Punkcore Records. Buy one & support us dammit! And sadly, I'm no longer in Opposite Of God. I'm a really laid back guy, just ask anyone that knows me. I like to drink, smoke, hang out with friends, go to shows, whatever. I like meeting new people. People intrigue me. Some are interesting, others, not so much. I want to meet the interesting people. If you've got someting to say, say it. I'll listen. Then I'll tell you how full of shit you are. Not really. But I'll give you a chance. I love live music. I appreciate most kinds of music. Most, I said. Not that prefabricated, watered down radio crap. I mean real music. Music that pours from your soul, music that comes from within. Not the kind of stuff that makes your ears cringe in pain. Make me feel it. I also play ice hockey & I ride skateboards. That's pretty much it. Anything else you want to know just ask.
. You scored as Buddhism. Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Buddhism. Do more research on Buddhism and possibly consider becoming Buddhist, if you are not already. In Buddhism, there are Four Noble Truths: (1) Life is suffering. (2) All suffering is caused by ignorance of the nature of reality and the craving, attachment, and grasping that result from such ignorance. (3) Suffering can be ended by overcoming ignorance and attachment. (4) The path to the suppression of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path, which consists of right views, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right-mindedness, and right contemplation. These eight are usually divided into three categories that base the Buddhist faith: morality, wisdom, and samadhi, or concentration. In Buddhism, there is no hierarchy, nor caste system; the Buddha taught that one's spiritual worth is not based on birth.

My Interests

Pretty much everything I mentioned before, hanging out, playing music, playing hockey, traveling, going on tour with my band, meeting people, going places, doing stuff, not sitting around being dumb staring at the tv, going to bars, going to parties, watching movies, & listening to punk rock. Avoiding drama as often as possible. Life is too short.

MyGen Profile Generator

Music:

Punk rock is my thing, but if its heavy, fast, aggressive, loud, & in your fucking face then I'll give it a spin. Some of my preferences are (in no particular order) Slayer, Bad Religion, Skinny Puppy, the Adicts, the Exploited, T.S.O.L., Dead Kennedys, Gwar, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molley, the Descendents, Lower Class Brats, Casualties, Antidote, the Unseen, the Havoc, Eyes of Hate, 7 Seconds, Against All Authority, Cheap Sex, F-Minus, AFI, Hatebreed, Living End, Minor Threat, Propagandhi, Ramones, Pennywise, the Vandals, Avenged Sevenfold, System of a Down, Siouxsie & the Banshees, the Misfits, Agnostic Front, Social Distortion. Did I leave out any? Probably. I also like oldschool metal like Iron Maiden, Anthrax, Exodus, Possessed, Death Angel, Nuclear Assault, Testament, (old) Metallica, & of course Slayer. Oh & don't forget the local bands. Gotta give credit to our home town.......Damage Case, the Residuals (RIP), Unit 21, Bad Machine, the Reprehensibles, the Scandals, Trend Kill Clinic, the Jump Boys (RIP Jeff), Sunday Drunks, Sleezus Fist.., Shadow Reichenstein, Dead City Shakers, Jiz & the Jerkoffs (RIP), Maltoro, Blood Ties, Babylon's Burning (RIP), Gasoline Holocaust, Tolar, Zerstoren, & Opposite Of God.

Movies:

Some of my favorite movies are: the Star Wars series, the Evil Dead trilogy, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, House of 1000 Corpses, Texas Chainsaw Massacre (old & new), Mystery Alaska, Slapshot, the Terminator trilogy, the Aliens series, the Hellraiser series, the Spawn series, the Southpark movie, Stigmata, Dogma, any Jay & Silent Bob movie, & the Exorcist series, just to name a few.

Television:

Don't care for TV too much but first & foremost it's NHL hockey, the Dallas Stars games. I'm a big cartoon fan. Adult Swim--Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021, the Oblongs, Futurama & such, Family Guy, Spongebob Squarepants, & the Boomarang channel for old school cartoons. Crank Yankers, Chappelle's Show, Fuse TV for decent music videos & Headbangers Ball on M2. The National Geographic Channel believe it or not (they have some really interesting stuff on there). That's pretty much it except for certain shows on FoxSports Southwest involving skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, freestyle motocross & shit. Other than that it's movies.

Books:

Most recently read books are, "Holy Blood, Holy Grail", which is about the conspiracies behind Christianity, (yes there are more than one). Also "The 12th Planet" by Zechariah Sitchin. This one explains mankinds origins & what's gonna happen in the year 2012.

Heroes:

I don't really have or believe in heroes. Basically anyone who thinks for themselves & acts on their own accords & lives life for themselves rather than for some unseen or ungovernable force is a "hero" to me. Because you have the courage & will to go against what you are taught as a child to fear & to obey.I know a lot of people say "Jesus Christ is my hero." Well you know what, there's someone out there that has Jesus beat. His name is Criss Angel. He did everything Jesus did but better. He's turned water into beer, risen from a buried coffin in an hour & a half, he's walked on water & filmed himself doing it just to prove it, while a girl swam underneath him. He can not only levitate but fly. He reads peoples minds on a daily basis. He can manipulate objects into appearing in other places, like on the opposite side of windows & such. He's just an all around badass and he's got style to boot.
