About Me

Hello...I am 28 years old. I just graduated from CSUEB and will start grad school this fall.I am really easy-going and just love to have fun and be with my friends and family (yes, I do enjoy them!). I have three cats and one dog and of course I love playing with them as well.I love going to concerts (be it a big band or some friends who play live - though I have to admit Bon Jovi concerts are the BEST!) or the movies IF people can be civilized and be quiet during the showing. Hanging out with friends (at home, at bars or wherever) is always great and I enjoy my time with them tremendously.Other than this- I love books; VW Beetles (the old ones); talking to friends on the phone for hours; and a really nice, fancy dinner with friends and family can hardly be beat. Cocktail hour finds me more often with a nice good beer than a fancy drink and I love Sushi as much as a Hamburger! Variety is key.I believe that kindness is the way to go and that donating your money, time or effort to a worthy organization is the best way to make yourself feel good AND help others.All in all, I really like all kinds of people - and I don't care if they're African American, Asian, White etc.; gay/straight; wealthy or not; religious or not. I have a wide circle of friends of all backgrounds and it really makes my life more rich and enjoyable. As long as you're nice, I'll like you! I have friends all over the world and I feel lucky and blessed to have them in my life.

My Interests

I love to read and write. I also love photography and to take pictures and I have way to many photo albums for my own good!!! I especially enjoy hanging out with my friends! Going to concerts is one of my favorite things to do in the world and I have been to MANY!!!; I also like to go to the movies/ the theater and just have a good time.When it comes to fun events that are not "everyday", I like horseback riding or Whitewater Rafting!

Music:

My favorites are Bon Jovi and The Beatles. I also love the solo works of John Lennon and Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. Other than that I really like Nickelback, U2, Steve Miller Band, Rock, Rock'n Roll/Oldies, some Alternative, some blues now and then and anything fun to dance to. I also like Musicals (The Who's "Tommy"; "Mama Mia"; "Phantom of the Opera"; "Lennon" etc.) and some Classical Music.Meeting and shaking Jon Bon Jovi's hand TWICE on stage was one of the most special moments ever being a BON JOVI Fan!

Movies:

Favorite movies include (but are not limited to): All three "Lord of the Rings" movies ; Tuesdays with Morrie; What Lies Beneath; Never Been Kissed and The Wedding Singer; Serenity ; My Big Fat Greek Wedding; all four "Leathal Weapon Movies"; Young Guns I and II; "Cinderella Man"; "A Beautiful Mind"; Rockstar; A Knight's Tale; 10 Things I hate about you; Casanova; Love Actually ; ...

Television:

There is of course "24" (love Kiefer Sutherland!) ; "Alias" ; "Lost"; "Friends" (even though by now it's just re-runs); Comedy Central and Animal Planet shows. I also like Who's line is it anyway?! One of my favorite shows, though cancelled was/is "Firefly" (check it out!!!)- I finally bought the DVD series.

Books:
