This kid from Baytown is one of the best out there! Texas is the hot bed of rap right now, and Scope is Houston's best kept. Also "Scope" is one of the orignal members of world famous Make M.O.E Squad straight of Texas. Now in New York City, he is currently working on his album being produced by The "Incrowd Production" Team and wraping up his mixtape.
