Ah, there are many faces to the musical tastes of Anjuli. I have my silly, upbeat, poppy moments where I'll listen to anything from Basement Jaxx, MIA, Madonna, to crappy radio pop or hip hop stuff...pretty much anything you can shake your tailfeather to. But I also like a lot of rock/alternative type stuff, Radiohead being my ABSOLUTE favorite of all time. I also enjoy underground hip hop, Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, and Sage Francis being my favorites...until I discover more. I have to include my love for Bollywood music, or most more upbeat Bhangra style music too. What can I say? Half fob!
I like so many different kinds of movies, and listing them all as though I really believed anyone is going to take the time to read it is really quite foolish. To name a select few, I like 12 Monkeys, always have and always will. I'm a sucker for romantic comedies, Wedding Date being my most recent, and I like movies that make you think or have well thought out plot twists, like BioDome...Just kidding! Run Lola Run is also a good movie, and I guess I'll lump my fondness of Bollywood films into this category and we'll call it the foreign section...or Anjuli's Heritage section. Pretty much the only kind of movies I really don't enjoy are horror/gore films...but that isn't to say I enjoy ALL other movies. A bad movie is just a bad movie.
I live and die for Comedy Central. I love the Daily Show, of course South Park, and (good) stand-up comedy. Sometimes, I manage to stray away from good old Comedy Central to watch shows like House or Family Guy... and even though Family Guy is written by manatees, I still love it! Ah yes, I must not forget the classic British Comedy- Red Dwarf. Can't be classic because you haven't heard of it, you say? Well, bitch. It's classic! JUST WATCH! =)
I've gotta go with the ever cliched Harry Potter books. I don't care what you say, they are awesome! The Ender's Game series by Orson Scott Card is good too. I highly recommend it.
but most of all Andrew and Eric are my hero's. Pwned by Andrew and Eric, feds, you know what to do.
