I pretty much will listen to just about anything, my favorites lately have been Otis Redding, John Coltrane, Hank Mobley, Joe Henderson, Otis Spann, the Clash, the Ramones, Os Mutantes, always gotta love the Beatles, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, I like older Stones, the Makers, Mobb Deep, The Pharcyde, Tribe Called Quest, Dylan, Big Brother and the Holding Company, Miles Davis, Pink Floyd, Kenny Burrell, The Beasties, Eddie Floyd, Bowie..... Let's just say an entire assload of music.... even some Country, but older country... not that bullshit US99 twang.. oh and fuck most top 40 music as well.
I like an assload of movies...let's see...Dr Strangelove, (or how I learned to stop worrying...etc etc..., The Decalogue (even though I haven't seen em all yet), Citizen Kane, Rear Window, Rope, Strangers on a Train, North by...well anything by Hitchcock really, a whole bunch of movies with subtitles, Kung Fu flicks, really cheesy assed horror movies like the Hellraiser series, Friday the 13th, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Sleepaway Camp (cheesy F13 ripoff), Evil Dead 1nd 2, Army of Darkness, Dead Alive, Bad Taste, Meet the Feebles, Joe Dirt....basically a ton of stuff.
CSI Las Vegas is addicting.
I like, Kerouac, Hunter S Thompson, Ernest Hemingway, History Books, classics, a lot of classics...David Sedaris is good, I also like books about philosophy, religion, screenplays, comic books, magazines that don't suck. My favorite book of all time however is, "The Book of Tea" by early 20th century writer Okakura Kakuzo.
