I AM ME. nothing more and nothing less. i am the wanderer the lone survivior, the cancer in your ciggarette. the cream in your coffee. without me, the world would be a dull place, without me, nothing would spin, nothing would happen. i am the cream of the crop and the bottom of hte barrel. i am the one and only Nick. there is only one of me, and there will never be another(thats a good thing too. the world couldnt handle two of me at once, it would merely implode.) i am the stranger you pass, the smile and a glance, the stranger in the hall. im always here, but never there, awake but still dreaming. im lost in love and love being lost, but never found until the end. im stuck here til I die, but im taken it all with me. i will be remembered i will not be forgotten, because you cant forget what you never knew. im the man with the plan, the plan within a plan, the man who never was. I AM ME.
Who am I? funny you should ask. i cant be who i want to be, because i know its not who i should be. i cant be who i should be, because i dont know how to be. and i cant be who i am, because i know that that's not me. im just man trying to find his way in this world, trying to figure it out. trying live right. not in the eyes of men, but in the eyes of God. if i come off as brazen and brash and rude, or uncaring. its not that i dont care, but every fiber of my being is against who i know i should be. every ounce of my strength is being used to better myself, and sometimes i am too fatigued to be that better person. most days i stand out of the crowd(that may be in part to my immense size), and i have always had a bit of a penchant for hte melodramatic. i love making an entrance, i love anouncing to the whole world that i am here, just so i can sit myself in a corner and be silent(though more often then not, i speak out now). i love having an audience, i love being the center of attention. though this also is not who i should be, it stems from my natural arrogance and own ego and elitist attitude. which is not neccisarrily a bad thing, since im at least aware of it, i can therefore control it(most days).perhaps some more intriguing facts about me. im an english major, a member of Sigma Tau Delta, a member of Christian Life Assembly(my church in Carrolton), and work at Market Street(seafood). i tend to get good grades, typically dont worry, or get bogged down by trivial concerns in life, i have a fairly easy going personality(i say that only because i sometimes over react, not often, but there have been incidents). i may act intelligent sometimes, but truly find myself to be a fool, and always at folly with life. quite frankly im a baffoon and completley incompetent most days. or at least that is how many people see me. at least thats how i see myself through thier eyes. though i wonder what i would look like if i could see myself through others eyes. i know i was rather complemented at work the other day, when the produce boys(i say boys since htey are mostly 17 or 18) decided to seek my guidance saying i was smarter then them, and seemed more knowledgeable of the store and the law. while i was flattered i had to warn them not to let my appearence fool them. that i am in fact a complete and utter idiot. but i digress. im not really here to make freinds or promote bands, or promote even myself. but this site has become an outlet for me to jsut express myself. though i have made freinds, and do promote many bands, many of which are small local bands, i havea few big names, who dont need my help, but i just add them since i love thier music. anyway. thats jsut a fraction of who i am. if you read on, youll find out more if you can read between the lines, or just get to know me in person, and youll get a clearer picture of who i am. but keep in mind, htough i may let you into the gates, you will never see the whole of me. because that which is my most sacred of things will and shall always remain mine. and that is what makes me, me.
I have a dream, of one daying having a peaceful respite, of one day being able to close my eyes at night ad just drift into sleep without being kept awake for hours with thoughts and dreams and different scenarios from the day before or possible scenarios, and one day i will achieve that. i will be albe to close my eyes and jsut sleep. but not now, nor any time soon, there is still much to be figured out. much to learn, and much to experiance, much to read, much to do. and sadly not enough time to do it all in. but C'est la vie {LIGHTSIDE or DARKSIDE?} Star Wars PERSONALTIY Quiz {Cool Pics)
