Wish I could recklessly love, like I'm longing too...

About Me

First thing, I'm artistic and so some creative writing. Down the short road, I hope to finish my script and write short stories.

Let's see, what else.....guess I would be categorized as an Old School Goth (he-he-he)... if we really MUST categorize...yet, I don't always fit into the confines of labels either...I never have "fit in" and don't care to - I prefer to enjoy life and LIVE it!

I'm surprisingly worldy and open-minded, moreso than what people would initially "assume," considering I was born & raised in the south - here in Melbourne, FL (don't be skerred!)

I was "growed up" in Melbourne when it was once a "small" town. I dearly miss those magical days. Memories of those times strike a tender chord in my soul and my heart... lives in my blood just like the mud from the dirt road I grew up on.... always will until the day I pass from this earth...

Might not "look" like some "think" I should - don't care too either. I choose to embrace my dark, creative nature.

I've always been a bit diferent than the mainstream and I enjoy reveling in the realms of being creative, imaginative and unconventional.

I'm very in touch with myself and live life on a deeper level than most.

I believe there is an individual and personal art to living life. I also believe there exists a collective, communal essence that is valuable as well.

Unordinary, spiritual, down to earth, deep, creative, extremely loving, warm, passionate and fun-loving are just a few of my many attributes (he-he-he).

I thoroughly enjoy LIVING life - ALL of LIFE, from pleasures to pain and all in between - simply love it!

I enjoy most all that life offers, but I also question the quality of life that "we the people" know of today.

Ya just have to know when to take life seriously and know when to just LAUGH, LOVE and LIVE IT!

LOVE ink. :) Being an artist, I just gotta have artwork permanently imbedded in my skin...

Artwork by the late, & DEARLY MISSED, Chris CC Wilcox of New Addiction Tattoo.

I'm all about my kids (below). :) I simply love to love them. They are both involved in youth sports which has had a positive effect on both of them. :)

Guess I got lucky with the two I have... they are my blessings - challenging at times, but rewarding nonetheless. Moms, you know what I mean!

MUCH LOVE - my son is 12 and my daughter is 7 - where the hell did time go?!
And yes, they are mixed and, no, I do not have a "thing" for black men only.

I do not love according to what others think is right or wrong - it is my life! :) I choose to love on an individual basis centered on worth of character.

I'm Italian/Irish (mom's side)& German/English (dad's side). Representing the Italian in me, are my late great-granparents below....

My late great-grandfather and great-grandmother, Enrico and Rose Antonacci on their wedding day (early 1920s) and the family headstone where they are buried.

My Interests

ART: Renaissance, Gothic

Cloister Graveyard in the Snow (1810) by David Friedrich - one of my favorites

Creative writing is a growing passion of mine and I especially enjoy literature that falls into the Southern Gothic category (see my blog for more info).

Obscure elements in life...

...I revel in the sensual smell of leather, the enticing chill of stainless steel against my skin...and a smokin' bike that's just finished a hard run... ;)

I have a deep interest in counter-cultures as well as tribal lifestyles and largely consider myself a modern primitive who often feels trapped in this sterile, modern corporate society - despite which, I still manage a great sense of humor...LMAO!

Love nature and my sweet Florida...

Outskirts of Everglades..sunlight casting its moving shadow

Love dancing (mostly to Gothic-Industrial music)...

Riding on the back of a bike (meaning motorcycle)...

Experiencing Mother Nature - part of how I grew up.

To me, there's nothing better than the
anticipation & onset of a Florida thunderstorm...
the earthy, intoxicating wet scent...
the charge & power of
lightning in the air...
deep, soul shaking thunder...
the sensuality of the wind & rain....
enchanting colors...
the deepest blue, gray and black clouds......

Your Eyes Should Be Brown
Your eyes reflect: Depth and wisdom

What's hidden behind your eyes: A tender heart What Color Should Your Eyes Be?

What Fallen Angel are You?
Bondage Angel. You liked to be tied, cuffed, bound and gag. You also happen to like being naughty and getting spanked. Remember though that it can be fun being the spankee, too.

You Are a Prophet Soul
You are a gentle soul, with good intentions toward everyone.
Selfless and kind, you have great faith in people.
Sometimes this faith can lead to disappoinment in the long run.
No matter what, you deal with everything in a calm and balanced way.

You are a good interpreter, very sensitive, intuitive, caring, and gentle.
Concerned about the world, you are good at predicting people's feelings.
A seeker of wisdom, you are a life long learner looking for purpose and meaning.
You are a great thinker and communicator, but not necessarily a doer.

Souls you are most compatible with: Bright Star Soul and Dreaming Soul What Kind of Soul Are You?

I Am

Which tarot card are you?
Spiritual enlightenment, inner illumination,
hidden power.
Link between seen and unseen.
Balance of positive and negative forces.
Receptivity. Unseen guidance.
A young woman sits on a throne holding a scroll
labeled "Tora" meaning "law."
On her breast is the sign of the meeting of heaven
and earth, the Maltese cross.
Her crown is the full orb supported by horns,
the crown of the Mother Goddess Isis,
who rules all things changeable,
shown by the moon at her feet.
Her power, upon which her throne rests,
derives from the creative principle of duality,
shown by the two pillars of light and darkness.
To those who know and love her she dispenses
the sweet fruit of the world itself,
symbolized by the pomegranites.

Your Aura is Blue
Your Personality: Your natural warmth and intuition nurtures those around you. You are accepting and always follow your heart.

You in Love: Relationships are your top priority, and this includes love. You are most happy when you are serious with someone.

Your Career: You need to help others in your job to feel satistifed. You would be a great nurse, psychologist, or counselor. What Color Is Your Aura?

I'd like to meet:

THEE man for me... the right one who can accept me for me, as I am willing and able to offer him the same.

I've been single for what seems an eternity, but I refuse to settle, just "because." My reasons for marriage go far beyond the whimsical, practical nature of many I see. S'pose my time will come and I'll know when I meet him....

I'm not ashamed to embrace my femininity, nor am I afraid to say that "I need a man"...the way nature intended; not in the way of "need" as a crutch or an unhealthy emotional way.

I love to LOVE, but love rarely.....I've been told that I wear my heart and soul on my sleeve and my love is intoxicating...yet, I await my captor still...

I also enjoy meeting fellow creative delvers of life, non-conformists and free thinkers... Fellow endarkened and ancient souls...

People who are open minded and not mentally or emotionally infected with mainstream societal "ills".

Love finding rare breeds of no BS, down to earth good peeps ...those who can appreciate "freaky" in an obscure yet positive way.

"In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit." ~ Albert Schweitzer"

Music:

My favorite is Gothic, Gothic Rock, Industrial, Electronic & Darkwave, but I do enjoy other music, depending on my mood. I'm very picky about the "new" music, but I have found some that's actually good and doesn't sound like techno-raver.

I also enjoy soul touching Blues and 60's music...
