About Me

In case anyone comes across this from my past, I am still in school, working on my post bac. I'm also teaching. I still sing now and then, but not as seriously as I used to. One, I'm getting old, and two, I don't have the time. But I do miss performing. However, all has been replaced by a wonderfully witty and handsome husband AND a six-year old, a three-year old, and a one-year old. All girls. Hmm...that ought to make for an interesting sitcom, or book, whichever I have time to write first.I am very blessed and grateful for my family and friends.

My Interests

Same as always: Writing, singing, and raising three girls.

I would love to have a conversation with Brittney Spears and ask her what the heck is wrong with her!

Music:

Right now, it's Reggaeton (don't hate me if I spelled that wrong).

Movies:

I could watch Anne of Green Gables everyday.

Television:

Can someone call Super Nanny and tell her I want her in my home? Oooh...American Idol, too.

Books:

Well, besides being immersed in theory right now...I'm trying to read House of Sand and Fog. I'm paying attention to voice.

First day of a real vacation

So, I just finished the semester: grading and my own finals. It totally sucked. But, I'm done now and get to relax...at home...taking care of my three children...yeah, I won't be relaxing....

Ahhh....Break

Not doing much, just got done brushing my teeth. It's break and I can't sleep because I'm really excited about not having anything to do. But, I have three kids and need to sleep because they'll wake ...

I finally gave in

I knew this would happen. i am intrigued by this whole blogging thing. So now, instead of working on my paper, I'm blogging and browsing. p.s. Yeah -the semester is almost over.
