Music....books.....films.....crafts...collecting( treasure to me...crap to everyone else)for some reason i like collecting quilting material..in the form of 'fat Quarters'....does anyone else share this strange affliction???!!!!..I have to always 'doing' something crafty..always on the look out for some new bits and bobs to add to my growing collection of 'crafty bits'!!!I like meeting up with friends...My favourite place is Whitby( the Dracula connection!???!)...anything to do with 'The Bronte ' sisters..love going up to the moors near Haworth in West yorkshire...so much atmosphere...and SO many dead people in the little cemetary there...never seen a graveyard so crammed packed!!!!!no wonder they could write such fantastic atmospheric prose living in a place like that..!!!.!!.....
.Like to eat Chocolate...in any form...although not so keen on some of the white choccy.....I LOVE animals!!!...we have a rescue dog called GISMO...he is a Lurcher and VERY lazy, he likes nothing better than to curl up on the sofa and watch cartoons!!!

LOVE meeting new people..strangers are only friends you have not yet made.....Recently met some wonderful people in Edinburgh..at a BaY City Roller Fest..'UK2K..had the best of times..and can't wait to meet up with these people again..for more fun!!!!..and I got to meet Alan Longmuir ( and his lovely wife eileen) ..and Eric Faulkner...only waited 32 years to meet them!!!!Would love to meet up again with all my family who have left this earth...and all the people I have only read about in history lessons.Would like to meet ..St Peter at the gates of heaven...then I know I have arrived in the 'Right' place.....and not the 'other'!!!...oh!!...and er...DRACULA!!!!
Like most stuff.. grew up listening to everything '60's..Beatles...etc....'70's stuff holds a huge place in my heart..Disco/Funk..glam rock..and ..er....The Bay City Rollers!!!...spent the best part of the '70's as a 'Rollergirl'!!!....saw all their early gigs and had a couple of holidays with my friends in Edinburgh!!!!!I was an 'Eric' girl.....(for any other 'Eric' girls you must check out Kims 'Voy forums' site...she has recent photos AND videos of the man himself!!!!! themselves!!!.....like all music really, depends on my mood as to what I listen to ...but I don't really turn my nose up at any music...it all has a place....

Not a great TV watcher really......although I will watch the odd programme...there is too much i want to read/listen to or just 'DO' ...can't waste my day watching a box in the corner
Wuthering heights..Chocolat.....Da Vinci Code......any chic-lit....all the classics( but Wuthering heights is my number one book of all!!!!)...like to read poetry too.Quite like Thrillers and horror...but as I usually read before going to sleep the latter is'nt such a great choice
Well, I suppose my Husband is a hero...he is a fireman, so he is a 'real life' hero to lots of folk!!!...and he looks after us all..............my Dad was one of my heroes ....he always let me follow him around when i was little and ask him question after question.....he was my wise man to ask advice from as I was growing up...and would give his opinion on anything i asked him without being judgemental....he died...and i miss him.My Mum too....she was such a help to us all...a great friend, whom we all miss.....love you Mum...miss you SO much..... you were TRULY a hero...and my very special friend...
