art and people. The art of people. The people of art. And everything in between.
I also harbor a not-so-secret desire to own every Hayao Miyazaki and Pixar movie out there.
Plus, I'd like to go to Japan for a couple of years to work with Square Enix and Miyazaki-san.
I'm becoming an ultimate frisbee fanatic. I'm loving it :D
See my art!
More Japanese people so that I can practice my horrible Japanese with them and watch them laugh in my face, sputtering incoherent words to mark my stupidity. And I will smile politely and nod, responding "Hai" to everything that they say.
I'd also like to meet more people to come and play ultimate frisbee with me and the group that I'm playing with. It'd be great fun.---
My music tastes have gotten very...eclectic and eccentric lately. My sister can attest to this.
I've currently been digging the wordless music, such as soundtracks to Lord of the Rings, Howl's moving castle, etc...
I've also listened to traditional Japanese music (involving Taiko Drums) and enjoy blasting it down the 405 freeway, watching in delight as my windows, the rear-view mirror, and the dashboard vibrate madly as other drivers look at me with a questioning glance.
On the flipside, I've also enjoyed listening to some of the Gorillaz tracks too. They get some time to get used to, but they're good once you do.
I would like to see:
Water Boys
(a japanese comedy about an all-boys synchronizing team. It looks hilarious)
The Pursuit of Happyness
Yes, it's out in theatre's - and no, I haven't gone to see it yet. I'll wait for DVD.

On a Clear Day; makes you wanna go swimming afterwards! (Although not enough to make me swim the English Channel...)
Lady in the Water (This is actually not bad)
and the list grows on...
The two things that I use my tv for is for my PS2 (which is really old...it's making weird sounds now...) and for watching movies. (My family has watched "Howl's Moving Castle" over 50 times...no joke. And that was because we couldn't find "Pride and Prejudice" that was lost in the abyss of our shed that is keeping all of our junk at the moment. But not to worry, we have found that movie, and now we're rapidly reaching the 50th mark soon...)
I've deleted this section because listing books here as my "favorite" would be lying, seeing how I haven't read anything lately. Yeah, I'm illiterate.
