I've lived in 15 houses in 6 states and one province. The longest I've ever been in one place was from third grade to graduation. Since then I've received a bachelor's degree in religion, half a master's in art and theology, and a kicker in computer science. I've traveled to 8 countries in Asia, 2 in Europe and one in central America oh yeah and Jamaica. the only states I haven't visited are alaska, hawaii, the dakotas, and minnesota.I'm a classically trained concert pianist, received a full-ride to uni, played the kennedy center and for various important-people functions [think tuxedo and tip jar]. but i have more fun staying up all night smoking cigarettes and performing only for my imaginary friends.At various points of life I've called myself an ultra-marathon runner [races over marathon-length], a collegiate cyclist [road/mtb], a rock climber [highlights: the chief in squamish, bc; ton sai in sw thailand], an intellectual [who isn't nowadays] and a mystic [i was high then].because sexuality is a spectrum [see alfred kinsey] the either/or of straight and gay doesn't work [and no i'm not bi].doctors are giving me loads of psychotropic stabilizers because they say i have bipolar disorder [wiki it]. but my rightwing fundamentalist friends tell me that's stupid and that what will cure me is jesus [i know, right?]. i disagree with everybody.I can't decide whether to vote for a black guy, a woman, or ron paul.i hate george bush. i'm embarrassed that i am associated with the american flag under this administration. i regret his actions and the implications they will have on my life when i am ruling the world. i fear iran. i expect china and india to, rightly, become superpowers because of supernumbers of people. i am sorry that we're splitting up families for immigration policy. i look forward to shrinking our government. i look forward to legalized marijuana and legalized marriage for anyone that wants to make that pledge. i look forward to the fall of the empire and the rise of a second generation that will be full of promise as america once was.meanwhile i work 8 - 5 m/f to pay my bills on time [which i rarely do.]
