Since forming in early 2004, FUZZ has made a name for itself as one of the top funk and acid-jazz bands in the San Francisco Bay Area. The band has fused jazz influences with a strong funk underpinning to create a diverse, yet unified groove. FUZZ is comprised of eight energetic musicians with backgrounds in acid-jazz, blues, funk, jazz, and rock. The group has embraced the “large sound” reminiscent of Earth, Wind, & Fire, The Meters, Parliament, and Sly & the Family Stone.
