I should start off by saying that this IS my personal page, but music is just about all I really enjoy doing with my life so I converted it into a music profile. Usually, this means I get spammed with people looking for shows in the area, but sometimes people actually stop and listen. No, I don't sing on my songs. Yes, I can sing, but I feel that our voice as humans can only bring so much to the table. I realize, of course, that hearing someone sing the words you've wanted to hear your entire life can be inspiring/catastrophic, but I just don't think anyone could possibly relate to the things that I would personally want to sing about. Similar to trying to tell another person about some kind of religious or mystical experience you may have had; It sounds great but it really carries no empirical meaning to the person outside of the experience.
I usually check myspace once or twice a day, but I'm never on for more than about four minutes, because the website is just so clunky what with all of these glittery graphics and slide shows and embedded videos and WACKY WEDNESDAY comments. In any case, if you would like to get a hold of me usually just message me or comment and I'll get back to you. Unless it's something stupid and meaningless. Then I'll probably just ignore it. THOSE ARE THE BREAKS, DOGG.
And usually, I avoid profiles that feature angle shots. They're mostly pretty sad, really. You can't just pretend you're the shit and go on with your miserable life, in which you have no real attachment to anyone or anything because you haven't developed any kind of inner dialogue.
