Hey, I'm Jeffrey. I've been a husband to the hottest woman alive [Shaunna] for about 4 and a half years. In June of 06, we started our own business with a European health and wellness company called Arbonne , and absolutely love it! I'm also a personal fitness trainer at Graves' Fitness Center in Mt. Juliet, TN. You should come check it out.
Things I like: good conversation, coffee, strength training, movies, hiking, shooting pool, mountain biking, pipe/cigar smoking, playing on the lake, kayaking, rock climbing, and pretty much anything outdoors.
I'm also a recovering bigot , no, a Bible thumper , better yet, jack ass to pretty much everyone I went to high school with...sorry 'bout that.
