About Me

Now we see things imperfectly as in a poor mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete. We'll see it all then, as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us!

My Interests

relationships | cigars (Acid One's rock) | being consciously aware of the presence of God | cycling (road & MTB) | reading | conversations | running | kayaking | wakeboarding | Viny's pizza | Pino vino | heather | coffee & espresso | photography | poker | neighbors |

I'd like to meet:

God expressed AS you.

Music:

a plethora | a virtual smorgesborg | quality | meaningful lyrics | suprises | 30 gig on itunes |

Movies:

movie theater popcorn layered with butter with that yellow salt and hot tamales sprinkled about...and a big coke (salty popcorn makes ya thirsty) | let me care about the characters | writing that keeps you even when you've figured out the plot | plots you don't ever figure out | stories that remind me why we should accept people for who and where they are |

Television:

i use it for the indiscriminate noise that helps me fall asleep...although Grey's Anatomy is pretty cool (I don't like Meredith)

Books:

Dandelion Wine | Ender's Game | Divine Nobodies | Classic Christianity | Love trumps karma | Sit, walk, stand | nickel & dimed | blue like jazz | jaber crow | becoming human | authentic relationships | the last word and the word after that | radical loving care | the shaping of things to come | reimagining spiritual formation |

Heroes:

people who accept & love without condition
