Mike Evil

Hello. My name is Mike Evil. No that's not my real last name, but it is definately more edgy and descriptive than the real one. Ok so maybe it's not. I am an artist by nature and purpose. I am also a jokester and a purveyor of all things sarcastic. I would like to think that I am a large combination of many different and fun characteristics. They can wildly range from me being a shy bundle of nerdiness, creativity, energy, optimism and self-loathing to a truthfully open, crude, clever and unimaginably fantastic dork-face. I try to make my life and art as uniquely fun as possible and fill my peripheral with such things.
I am also trained in the art of zombie survival.
I'm just going to go ahead and say it: I love video games. You're probably asking yourself "But what boy doesn't?" Well I would like to believe it goes deeper than that. Sometimes I can feel the digital power flowing through my veins. Maybe it's something beyond my understanding like the electronics and I are slowly becoming one with each other. Perhaps I'm just a person who likes video games too much or maybe I am a stepping stone in the evolutionary developement of human technopathy. You've never thought about it like that did you? See video games can be important.
I do a lot of different things with my life. I have a lot of passions. I'm an illustrator and cartoonist, although I went to school for animation. I love watching cartoons and enjoy animation of all kinds to their fullest extent. I am also a cartoon connoisseur. I like to ride bikes and travel wooden paths. I like traveling in big cities and small towns. I have a comedian as a best friend who lives in NYC and I often like to visit him. As of right now I'm working at an education company doing drawings for worksheets.
I like to go shopping at yard sales as usually you can get a lot of toys for really cheap. One of the few good things about New Jersey is its abundance of yard sales. I like going to Magic tournaments in which the format is usually drafting. I think that draft tournaments take the most skill. I like going bowling and frequenting the arcades found within places like that. If we go into a store with a toy isle for some reason I am automatically dragged there by some force greater than my own. We may be at Target to get a spatula and some mouthwash, but new Lego sets take precedence.
Mainly I just like going out and enjoying life. I'm a strong believer that we're living in one of the best and worst times in our civilization's history. We should probably be taking advantage of it for the better, but most humans I meet seem to be driven by a more selfish and deceptive nature. I'm sure before me, in a distant civilzation predating the time of the ice age, there was probably a guy just like me who thought the same thing right before a huge cataclysmic event wiped out his entire toy and comic book collection.
