As you might be able to gather, I'm fairly consumed by the automotive hobby. In one way or another, I've been in the automotive field since 1980. For the past 8 years, I've been making the transition to the entertainment business and most recently, began producing a show for online distribution called "Bikini Driving School." Other more technically-focused programming is in the works for this Spring, but I'll keep that under my hat for now.
For those of you who might recognize the name, yes, I was the fellow who owned the orange Supra from "The Fast and The Furious," and the silver Skyline from "2 Fast 2 Furious". I served as Tech Adviser on those projects and if you really MUST hear the story, read my blog at the top of this page. The upside to those projects was that doors were opened for me with with clients like Audi, Disney, EA Games, Shell, and Meguiar's.
Somehow, from all of this, I wound up doing light stunt and precision driving services TV shows and commercials and a major road rally (Bullrun/2006) which evolved into providing racing school instruction. All of these side ventures have simply continued to fund my automotive addiction.
These days, I am consumed with producing, directing and developing short movies for the online space. It has been a steep learning curve and I am deeply indebted to my mentors who have taught me so much in such a short time. High Definition equipment is expensive, as is the software and extras...the comedy of all of this is that if I recall, I hoped to actually MAKE money in this industry someday.
Random friend requests are welcomed, so long as we have common interests, but if you start clogging up my bulletins with ridiculous chain letters and "email 10 friends or your mother will die," I will spam you back ad nauseum...I'm not kidding.
