....Looking back at what I learned in high school, not much of that learning is used in today's life. Elementary school taught me most of what I need to know and use now. Three years of German, and mostly what I remember is what I learned on the first day of class.."Du bist ein Esel" (you are a jackass) Advanced math knowledge is not used in everyday living.....forgotten most of the history.(don't even remember learning about the halocaust...was sort of surprized when the movie came out.) I did enjoy Mrs. Yawn's English class...I guess she was my favorite teacher. But I did learn that you can play basketball on a donkey, that you were more popular in school if you were slender and pretty, and you can very easily make yourself invisible without even really trying. "Real life" is much more fun, but they didn't teach you that in school. It's even more fun now to learn, just for the heck of it and know that you aren't going to be tested on it and compared with others. I enjoy life and know that in the big picture of things, we are just a speck of dust waiting to get blown away and that you had better it enjoy it all before the big wind comes.

In and out of college, I put in two years. It wasn't really exciting, except for a sociology class and a pshchology class that I had. It was more real life than any other classes that I had and they focused on people and feelings and reactions and emotions and how to live in this crazy world. Just sit and observe people, imagine what their lives are like, were like, what got them this far. It's amazing. Everyone started out basically the same...and look how different they are now. It's like notes on a keyboard. There are only 12 different notes, and look at how many songs have been written and still are being written. So many ways to go, so many paths, so many decisions. And yet it all just adds up to life. So,don't take things too seriously, look at it with a bit humor, and remember that just like we all started out the same, we will all end up the same. Dead.

He is alot like me in that he talks fast and straight off the top of his head. He would be so much fun at a get together with people that just like to talk and share their views and opinions .Invite Ellen DeGenerous and you would have a very fun and interesting get together. I would also like to invite Michael Buble...he seems like such a down to earth guy who really loves what he does. And for him to sing a song to me would be an added warm fuzzy. So many. interesting people, so little time, so little opportunities..... SOME OF THE PEOPLE I WOULD LIKE TO MEETPLEASE ADD YOURSELF TO MY GUEST BOOK !

Literally, there are many more definitions to the word: Love, compassion, pity, charity, kindness, and lover to name a few. Distilled, 'aloha' is the good spirit of the people. The positive spirit. When you see local bumper stickers that ask, 'Got Aloha?' or read, 'Live Aloha,' it's not a tourist gimmick as some think. It's a plea for people to live by the Golden Rule.

There is no such thing as work, only life, and sometimes you get paid for what you are experiencing in life. And sometimes you just experience life for the fun of it.(or sometimes there can be experiences that are not fun.) Such simple things can be fun, sometimes people don't realize that it is fun. Sometimes a simple cup of coffee, sometimes looking at a child getting excited over things that we don't even look at anymore. Move through life and look at it as a series of adventures. Not all adventures are fun (look at Indiana Jones) Some adventures are easy, some are fun, and some are just plain "I hope to never go through this again".
