Honestly if you know me personally you know everything "about me" its like living in a glass house. But for everyone who is just stopping by for the first time i'll fill ya in. I am a professional race car driver. I got my start in Import racing (now known as sport compact)in 1994. I am known as "the first lady of sport compact" I earned my stripes in a 1992 Honda Civic Hatchback I was one of the very few who was a full time (no job and no mommy and daddy money) pro drivers. As a woman in the industry I have accomplished many things that some of the "boys" still havn't accomplished yet. I was the first female to run 11,10,9&8 sec passes in a front wheel drive and I was the shoe in the worlds first 7 second FWD ( aka the shot heard around the world).I was the 2nd unibody to run 9's and the 4th to run 8's. I have 36 national wins under my belt along with 4 championships and 2 R/U championship titles (single car team!) I was the first woman to win a wally in NHRA Sport Compact (hot rod class).I'm still currently the quickest and fastest female in sport compact (and I havnt driven in years) Right now I am doing what I have always wanted to. That is be in POWERade. I have always loved Nitro Funny Cars (evil badass cars). Its not something I woke up one day and said Hey I'm going to go drive one. Racing is a true passion for me, I eat,sleep,breath drag cars. (I know to many who like it for other reasons. I hate fakes)So I vowed 10 years ago by mid 30's I would be driving a TF/FC and right now my goal is in the palm of my hands.And I will stop at nothing to get there!(warning: if anyone thinks their gonna try take this away I have a bullet in the chamber) I've attended Frank Hawleys TA/FC course in FL and had a blast (damn are these suits heavy). I worked full time with a pro team, managing the team,roadie (yeah),fuel mixer(uncertified bomb tech,haha),chute packer,I lined the car up, and do the body & composite work (these suckas crack everywhere after 1 damn pass). I have also had the boys teach me bottom end,heads,how to mic the rods and pistons,and how to strip a blower(note: eeuuww oil and ouch knuckle busters, don't get me wrong I have built 4 cyl motors b4 so i'm not an engine newbie)Its truly grueling the hours put in, but if you love what you do then it don't matter!!Besides I have always known a driver that knows their car inside out is that much a better driver!! I'm in the learning stages but i'm a sponge and I have absorbed alot.Finally I don't have people trying to change who I am to make me into what they wish they were! Sure I've had my up's and downs, jealousy is everywhere! always watch your back! I do now. Just remember what goes around comes back around, and if I can assist it will be 2 fold.As for my personality here it is in a nut shell. I live life to the fullest, hell you only have 5 minutes on this merry-go-round! I treat everyone as though they have been my friend for years (I stay grounded.) I'm NOT and NEVER will be a HATER!(If I am hating on someone its because they deserve it) Im very straight foward and brash. If I don't like what someone stands for I WILL say it, and I don't say it behind someones back ( chicken shit people and idiots anger me) if someone wants to get up in my face I feel sorry for them, I'll handle my own(I will knuckle up any time and any place). Other then that i'm very laid back, I love hanging out with the girls and going to the malls (south coast plaza, I'm LV's biggest fan)Basically I'm a chamelion I can fit into any situation at hand.
