My friendship, you know you want it

About Me

I tend to come off as abrasive, somewhat rude, perhaps snobbish, or maybe just really quiet but none of them are all that true once you get to know me. Generally I try to be nice without being a pushover, I treat everyone fairly until they prove they don't deserve it, and I spend a good amount of time trying to better myself and my life although I waste a good amount of time drinking with my friends as well. I have a short attention span, I'm always doing or thinking 3-4 things at once yet I think I should be more productive. I spent a ridiculous amount of time watching sports. I have a new found love for dried fruit. I'll eat anything as long as it's cherry flavored. I exaggerate everything I write on Myspace, especially the bulletins. I try to be funny, I'm successful about 20% of the time :-). I try to keep things simple yet would like to expand my horizons a good deal.

Extroversion:
You have medium extroversion.

Sometimes you are full of energy and open to new social experiences.
But you also need to hibernate and enjoy your "down time."

You have high conscientiousness.
Intelligent and reliable, you tend to succeed in life.
Most things in your life are organized and planned well.
But you borderline on being a total perfectionist.

But you also have a healthy dose of cynicism.

Neuroticism:
You have medium neuroticism.
You're generally cool and collected, but sometimes you do panic.
Little worries or problems can consume you, draining your energy.
Your life is pretty smooth, but there's a few emotional bumps you'd like to get rid of.

Your openness to new experiences is high.
In life, you tend to be an early adopter of all new things and ideas.
You'll try almost anything interesting, and you're constantly pushing your own limits.
A great connoisseir of art and beauty, you can find the positive side of almost anything. The Five Factor Personality Testok, I think I'm more introverted than extroverted, but who am I to argue with the brilliant people that think they can nail anyones personality in 15-20 questions.

My Interests

Computers: I work in IT

Guitar: No better stress release than just picking up my guitar and playing some loud, fast, metal or punk.

Football: especially the Patriots and the Saints but really any game that's on I'll probably watch.

Hockey: I played it for 8 years before I moved to NOLA. Those who don't like it are missing out. If only the Bruins could stop you know, sucking ass.

Sam Adams: There's about 20 different kinds and every one of them makes me proud to be an American until I pass out happy.

Comics: I'll always love X-men, Spiderman, etc. I like Marvel best, DC has some good stuff though, and the smaller labels, indy labels etc all have some good stuff.

History: I'm always up for a historical discussion and I used to enjoy political debates more unfortunately these days some people are so biased to one side or the other that they don't listen to a word anyone says. Sad really. One of the lines from my "I'd like to meet section" is from the history channel and if you can guess it (and you aren't named Sarah Blackwell) you get major props.

I'd like to meet:

My real parents so I can curse them out for leaving me at that hellish orphanage, Jesus Christ so I can buy a bottle of water and always have booze on hand, your mother because she is a woman whom enjoys lewd conduct (meaning she is a whore.) (note "meaning she is a whore" is the greatest thing ever said on the History Channel.) Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon for obvious reasons. Tom Jesus Brady. Jesus Ezekiel Jesus because tiny milkshakes bring all the girls to the yard, Ulf Samuelsson so I can break his knee cap, and anyone who isn't generally a prick and can carry on a conversation (I'm not a great conversationalist and frankly 2 of us together would be lame.)Free Myspace Graphics
