i like all kinds of music. just a few off the top of my head....boards of canada, aphex twin, beatles, bjork, nine inch nails, daft punk, led zeppelin, jimi hendrix, dj shadow, fiona apple, n.e.r.d., funkadelic, prince, crosby, stills, nash, and young, sufjan stevens, tori amos, underworld, ummm...like i said, a like all kinds. not really any loud metal or anything. mostly melodious stuff, funky stuff. old micheal jackson, old madonna, etc., etc. sexiest song of allll time to me would be "fragrance" by holger czukay, go dl it now!!! hmm...more music: tv on the radio, manitoba, proem, caribou, prefuse 73, medway, four tet, fiery furnaces, casino versus japan...spank rock, jt, booty house music, baltimore club, liquid drum n bass, etc., etc...

Books:
as a man thinketh, the game of life and how to play it, vampire chronicles, the prince of tides, be here now...i like all kinds of books tho ive been on a fiction kick lately. art, design, nature, sex, psychology, inspiration, all kinds of subjects, all kinds of books. and magazines.
as of late: running with scissors, the lovely bones, the perks of being a wallflower, virgin suicides, girl interrupted, white oleander. i love those first person, coming of age memoir type books. i'd have to say they are my favorite books to read.
when i read, i can't just read a chapter every day until its done. i dedicate my entire being to whatever book i am reading, turning pages until the sun comes up and i can't keep my eyes open any longer.
