I have already eluded to my interests and I see that bleow this category there are also spaces for other interests. This means that I won't tell all here, and you'll have to read on. Again, I'm a huge cartoon fan, to the point that I watch tons of them at all times of the day. Specific series of cartoons I like are Invader Zim, Freakazoid, South Park, Naruto, Bleach, and so many others. I could list them all but I think you would give up reading before i finished.
I am also a huge book freak; to the point that when I enter a book store, like B&N, its a really tough for me not to buy a book. And it doesn't particularily matter that I have a ton of books at home that I haven't read either, I just add more and more to the pile. So, I'm eternally behind in my reading. More books than I can possibly read. My interests reading wise range from Anne Rice and Michael Crighton to things about Celtic peoples and Irish history. I must admit though, that I have an interest in serial killers and their specific oddities. Sick, I know!
Other than those two major things I think I'll head onto the next sections to explain those specifically.
What Darker Naruto Character Are You?
Hosted by theOtaku.com: Anime . Done right.
A person who knows that life is to be enjoyed, not to be squandered away by being an ass all the time high and mighty on onself. I know thats hard and a bit to ask for in this day and age, but its possible to find them. I'm not saying that I'm not one of them. I probably have my fair share of days with those problems, but I try to limit myself. Other than that, I seek intelligence and stupidity bound into one, for it is only when those two are mixed properly do you get the best of mankind. For in those individuals you may have stupidity with a deeper intellectual meaning behind it. A little thought work makes everything all the more fun. I don't know what else to put here, I doubt anybody will be reading these anyways, so this is really for my own realizations? Anybody know why? Or is this where I'm supposed to be plugging my charms for a dating prospect? If so please get back to me on this, I need help. *laughing* What fun it is talking with myself about nothing in particular. Well talk to myself, and whoever feels energetic and sympathetic enough to read this, later!!
I am a bit of an oddity when it comes down to music. I'm very bipolar with music interests, ranging from heavy metal and industrial metal, to old irish folk and mordern celtic music. Throw in a bit of classical music and electronica with a dash of anime and foreign music (gaelic, german, russian, latin and japanese) and you will get my mp3 player. Its hard to really explain since they run such a long and large gambit, but I shall give you a few groups to give you an idea. As far as metal/rap-metal my favorite groups consist of: Metallica, Disturbed, Korn, and Godsmack. Industrial metal and Gothic metal are as follows: Marilyn Manson, Fear Factory, Coal Chamber, and Orgy. Alternative/Punk: Bush, Smashing Pumpkins, and Sum 41. Irish/Celtic/Gaelic: Flogging Molly, Enya, Crannberies, Altan, Bagpipes(in general), and general folk compilations. As far as the anime and foreign categories are concerned, its all mainly brought together through anime shows that I liked the soundtracks to. These include: .hack//SIGN, Bleach, Naruto, Monster, and so many many more. Mozart is my favorite classical composer, but throw anythign at me with a violin in it and I love it instantly, so much emotion.
Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Tim Burkman version), Sleepy Hollow, Matrix (all parts), LOTR, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and When Nature Calls, Gladiator, X-Men 2, Underworld 1 and 2, etc...
I am not much of a televison fanatic, not like I used to be, and it dosen't help that I happen to work during 'prime time'. But that doesn't stop me from watching the shows that I do happen to like. On Sundays, I'm a fan of The Simpsons, Family Guy and used to be American Dad. Wednesdays I move onto South Park and the best reality tv show out there, Drawn Together. Then Thursdays brings me new CSI with awesome Greg and eerily smart Grisom. And finally, on Friday, I move onto new episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, an awesome american cartoon. Other than those specifically mentioned I watch a lot of Adult Swim late at night on CN and many many cartoons through out the day when I feel lazy enough to watch. The majority of my cartoon watching however is on my computer where I can get up to date fansubs of unlisenced anime from Japan.
I am constantly reading, for I find it entertains the brain and helps to fill it with knowledge too. For there is a speck in truth in even the worst of lies. Currently I am interested in reading Anne Rice's books, the series I'm on right now is the Mayfair Witch Chornicles. I also happen to be into Michael Crichton a lot. Those two are my current favorite writers. Now as far as non-fictional books I am also reading 'The Story of the Irish Race', 'The Celtic Realms' and even Kurt Cobain's Journals. For poetry, I consider only dark poetry worth my while so I read Edgar Allen Poe and some Lord Byron.
I have to say that batman is probably my most favorite of superheros out there. You might be asking why right about now! Well its because he does everything as a human. He doesn't have any fancy super powers granted to him as a child, no mutations resulting in a miracle of power and not death. No he had a traumatic experience and he learned and became vengeful from it. The other hero I have to admire a ton is Freakazoid! He runs around in underware yes, but he has given me the greatest of laughs and quotes alike. From, 'He is such a weenie!' to 'Just because I'm a superhero, doesn't mean I have to smell POO GAS!' I will never forget you and I will watch you often Freakazoid! Can you tell now that I'm a nerd?
