About Me

I create software for a living and I read manuals for fun. But I also play with audio and video equipment some. I may yet start my own podcast. I read a lot of books (Bruce Sterling, Haruki Murakami, Thomas Bernhard, and many others) and I listen to all sorts of music (Glenn Gould, Paul van Dyk, Robert Rich, Steve Roach, Paul Oakenfold, Sarah McLachlan, Carl Ditters von Dittersdorf). I also watch a lot of anime and cheesy old movies.

I was a DJ and news director on my college radio station from 1985 to 1988. WMCN, Macalester College. And I played marching bass drum in the bagpipe band.

I'm a big fan of DiggNation (and digg.com), Revision3, CommandN.tv, MacBreak, Call for Help, TWiT, on10.net, inDigital, and, of course, Tiki Bar TV!

Eu gosto também de Nelly Furtado.

My Interests

Computers, iPods, Lady Sovereign, sushi, Thai food.
