Brutus is a three piece power trio from Clinton I.A. area. In a time when all you get is soulless cover bands or by the numbers metal and punk to choose from, Brutus is a welcomed change. Area music lovers rave about Brutus and their mind-bending live show, a mix of super psychedelics, raw blues, down home funk and straight up rock. The band can take the most run of mill cover and turn it to a once in life time event, then hit you with a original that sends your mind on a journey through time and space all the while pumping a funky groove.
