In late 2005, Alex Palaski and Brandon Hildebrand started jamming in Alex's garage. Through mutual friends, the duo found drummer Nicholas Zaring and began what they called As Told By. Bobby Stevens then took up vocals after leaving Ancestra, a broken up local band. Eventually Nik was voluntarily sent out with the Navy, therefore calling for a lineup change. Robby Bailey, an up and coming drummer aspired to be in the band. One thing led to another, and Jimmy Maneely was added as a second guitarist with Bryan Rivera on secondary vocals and the band took Colorado Springs by storm. Recently, Bobby was offered a wonderful career opportunity in New Jersey. Alongside, Robby was ready to make changes in his own life. This led to Ruben taking over drums and Matt taking over vocals. You better keep an eye out, because As Told By is rapidly changing in the face of the music scene and their voice is becoming louder than ever. Look out for demos for 2007 and an EP in early 2008.
