Hey,so my name's Corinne. I'm 17. I live in South East London. I go to Newstead Wood School for Girls, so if you go there howdy. Or if you know it, you are tres cool. Hmmmm..... so about me. Hmmmmm. Well, i'm cool. If you ever doubted that, here is actual proof:

I'm friendly, talkative and quite sociable, I would like to think. I have a pretty good life compared to people who are like starving and homeless etc. So, I try not to be ungrateful. I can't really say that i'm a lovely person all the time cos i believe that theres good and bad in everyone and NO ONE is nice all the time. I'm quite optimistic and I don't give up easily.
I'm probably one of the most vain people you will meet, that is if you do meet me. I like mirrors - i take one almost everywhere i go. I like taking pics. Mostly of me. Looking through the pics on my phone is like looking through a scrapbook of me in the last year. I can't walk past a window, or anything where you can see your reflection without looking in it. See now I think of it as inspecting myself. I mean I don't think of myself as the most buff thing on earth or anything. I just think that a person has to make sure that the look presentable. All the time. And to do this every person needs a mirror.
I like clothes. I like shopping. I like Disney films. I like shoes. I like money. I laugh a lot cos my mates are hilarious. I'm pretty much your average girl. I'm a bit emotional. I probably cry more than most people do. I have nervous breakdowns when things get too much. I am unbelievably indecisive. I LOVE musicals. I like playing the piano (and violin and saxophone). I like match of the day 2 - blatantly the best thing about suanday nights. I like harmony. I'm not that funny, although i sometimes like to think I am. And then I remember that I'm not. I say 'like' a lot. I'm quite random sometimes. I make these complicated connections in mind. Someone will say something, and it will remind of something else and I'll have gone through this long chain to get there. I like sociable people. I love dancing. I talk a lot. But i talk less in really big groups. Really really big groups annoy me - its not possible to have a proper conversation.
I get really annoyed when I can't have a proper conversation. I get annoyed really easily. I get annoyed when people don't listen to me, when people just stand there and don't contribute to conversation, when people are two faced, when people are fake/false, when people unnecessarily insult me and it isn't funny, when people know something will annoy me and they do anyway, when people don't talk about their feelings, when people ignore me, when people are sitting next to you and they turn their back to you and face the other way, when people are unsociable, when people are too loud, when people pretend to be pissed (what is the point?) and when people are all silent.
But I do most of this getting annoyed in my head cos its usually something so stupid that I'm over it in like 5 minutes.

My Interests

I like SHOPPING (major part of my life), clothes, shoes, jewellery, music, my ipod, playing the piano and violin, my bday, parties, dancing (preferably at parties, but also in my room!), going on holiday, socialising, being with my cool friends and texting. There must be some other stuff. I also like composing (on the piano) and sport (preferably netball or skiing). Ummm... I like talking (quite a lot really), making money (I get all satisfied when I know I've worked for my money - yeah I'm a bit weird!), watching tv (not that there's a lot of time for that these days) and oh yeah I love surprises! That's not really an interest, but anyway, i love them.

I would like to meet............ cool people, who can introduce me to their cool friends so we can form one big cool people gang. Yep, that would satisfy me.

Music:

I actually like a really wide range of music. I have like loadsa genres on my ipod. Some cool artists in my opinion are: N sync (they were classic), ABBA, Aerosmith, Aretha Franklin, Basement Jaxx, The Beatles, The Bee Gees, Black Eyed Peas, Blink 182, Bob Marley, Christina Aguilera, Coldplay, The Dandy Warhols, Daniel Bedingfield, Destiny's Child, Dido, Doves, Eminem, Gavin DeGraw, Jackson 5, Jason Mraz, Jem, JET, Kaiser Chiefs, Kelly Clarkson, KT Tustall, Lighthouse Family, Mcfly, Madonna, Michael Jackson (without his siblings, but before he went all weird), Nickelback, Oasis, Outkast, Queen, Rooney, Scissor Sisters, Simple Plan, Stereophonics, Turin Brakes, Wheatus and Will Young. It might sound a bit gay, but i also like soundtracks and then there are classic disney songs, which I can't help loving. That's all I can really remember at the moment. So, basically I like a lot of different music.

Movies:

Yeah I like watching films. Some of my faves are: Rocky Horror Show, Moulin Rouge, 10 things I hate about you, Parent Trap, American Pie, Four weddings and a funeral, Notting Hill, Pretty Woman, Clueless, Road Trip, Harry Potter films, Pride and Prejudice, Clueless, Dirty Dancing, Meet the parents and fockers, Love Actually, Little Women, Madeline (yeah I know its childish, but its also great), Grease, How to lose a guy in 10 days, Brokeback Mountain, Coyote Ugly, Mean Girls, The Notebook, Walk the line High School Musical, Footloose, Cinderella (with Brandy in) and Wimbledon.And actually on the same subject (well kind of), I also love musicals. Some of my fave ones that I've been to see are: Les Mis, Fame, Grease, Chicago, Bombay Dreams, We will rock you, Footloose, My fair lady and The Lion King.

Television:

I LOVE the OC! best programme ever! Other good programmes (in my opinion) are friends, the complete savages, switched (i actually wanna be on it), making the band, punkd, made, my super sweet 16 (for pure hilariousness) and the gilmore girls.

Books:

I like Harry Potter books (cos I'm cool obviously), the Shopaholic series, the sisterhood of the travelling pants series, Hard Cash, Shacked Up, Speeding, Little Women, Fiesta, Footloose, Escape, Magenta Orange, Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Of mice and men, Festival, The Aupairs, The California Club, Junk, Rebecca, the Gossip Girl series and probs some other stuff that I can't remember right now.

Heroes:

Hmmm... my heroes. I suppose I admire anyone who's had to overcome something really big, like an illness or something. Quite a lot of people in my family have been victims of cancer, so people who have managed to get through cancer and other fatal illnesses, people who have had to live through wars and stuff like that - that must have been hard and scary, people who are really dedicated and work really hard and also, people who weren't very priveleged growing up and then managed to get really successful. That's all that's coming to me right now.
