i'm the type of person that if you get to know me and give me a chance to be myself . .. i could be the best friend you'll ever have. i'm nice to people who are nice to me. unless you've done something and it's wrong. and i don't mean something simple like you don't listen to the same music as me. (i mean serious shit . .. shit that people shouldn't be doing . .. you know who you are) people don't normally hate because of the way you look or your race. it's something you've done. if you're one of these people that keep wondering why people hate you, then you gotta blame your own damn self for doing it in the first place. otherwise then i'm cool with you . .. i think alot and have certain views on life that i put in my own poetry. i like listening to music when i'm bored and when i'm not. i mostly only listen to rock, but once in awhile i like to listen to something else. but i make an effort to stay away from hip/ hop whenever i can. i just can't relate to that genre of music. you know the typical song about the hoes and drinking 40's ( don't get me wrong i used to listen to that shit when i was in high school, don't know why i did it though, maybe i just got tired of listening to what everyone else likes to listen to. tired of being a mindless zombie following the crowd. i'm not a leader, but it sure as hell beats being a follower . .. one song stuck in my head right now is ("sadie hawkins dance" by relient k). .. it goes out to the friends i met back in GA of '95 and '96. i can still remember when we went to the sadies at independence . .. the great america days were the most awesome times and the coolest friends ever. you guys rock !! _______________ " memories make you who you are . .. without them you don't exist . .. you become an empty facade . .. and i'm finally beginning to be seen again " _________________ by " ANDURIL "bands i listen to: AFI .. antiflag .. allister .. bowling for soup .. brodie .. chevelle .. the distillers .. finch .. blink 182 .. goo goo dolls .. good charlotte .. linkin park .. coldplay .. greenday ..
