About Me

I've been through a pretty traumatic experience in the past 3 years (and perhaps for the rest of my life), but I can say with certainty that it has made me a better person who appreciates the little things in life and will NEVER EVER take anything for granted ever again. Be good to yourself. You only get one body, and if you lose your health, you are damn lucky if you ever get it back. Live in the moment and not in the past or the future. Nurture your relationships with your loved ones and yourself. Cherish what you have. You never know when you will lose it.Please help support the progressive nerve disease, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, that has taken hold of my life and the lives of many others who suffer silently and invisibly. We are burning for a cure.http://www.rsds.org/index2.html
