About Me

I'm a smiler - it takes a lot for me to be grumpy so if you ever do see me scowling my advice is stay away!! I live in Edinburgh with my flat mates Gill and Nikki who r always up for a laugh. We live right next door to a pub that sells scrummy food so even if there is no food in the flat, we're sorted (feel free to pop round anytime). My mate from home also works there which is an added bonus. I study psychology at uni, but lets face it, i dunno what help thats gonna do or where its gonna take me. All i know is i wanna get a job i enjoy that pays me loadsa money! I like the drink, who doesnt? but my close friends always tell me that i'm the same drunk as i am sober, always the first on the dancefloor and up for a laugh. Sometimes it makes my wonder why I spend all my money on booze! I'm loud, doesnt make a difference of i'm drunk or sober, i just get over-excited about stupid stuff. just tell me to turn the volume down!

My Interests

my friends r mucho important in my life.....i would be lonely without them....so i like to see them all. At times this can be difficult cos they r spread across the whole bloody country, but due to my love of road trips i manage! love going to gigs, dont care who i see really, and the cinema (although i havent been in a while) I have taken an intrest in going to the gym which is weird cos im not the sporty type, but i can take my frustration out there (its also good for hotty spotting!) A few months a ago i saw the All Blacks (thats the Newzeland rugby team for those of u not in the know!) at the gym and despite me being bright red and extremely sweaty they still smiled (i think im in there!!) Also love music and if im out and about i'll alsways have some with me. That means if u see me in the street dont shout "hey mairi" at me cos i wont hear u due to my headphones. Just come and push me or something! Have discovered that music can be dangerous when walking tho as i've nearly been run over a few times! Be careful!.......u have been warned!If i was monster...

I like to think i have an eclectic taste in music so there is too many artists to metion. my first major gig experience was Less Than Jake in Glasgow so they've been my fav since i was a wee lass!

Movies:

Like all films but i think action would be my preferred genre. I like fast cars! Always been a bit scared to watch the really scary films but my best buddy nikki is weening me into them! I need a macho man to watch them with tho so he can protect me from the boogy monsters! However, if i cant find any macho men i know nikki will protect me cos she's one fierce chick!

Television:

I'm a soaps and simpsons junkie... but i'll watch most things.
