About Me

So just a few basics.. my name is Tammy.. obviously. You can call me Tams, Tamela, or whatever else you can come up with. I am a fourth year at Cal State Long Beach. I've been living in Barcelona, Spain since january but i'm finally coming home! (May 12th!!) totally looking forward to a california summer!! I've got one more year at CSULB.. and then i'll start workin towards that PhD. but yea.. so getting to the point.. let's just say i don't really follow the rules.. i'm a snowboarding crazed, overly competitive college athlete, once studio art/art history major turned psych major, fashion and sushi obsessed, drama-free college football fan AND sorority girl.. just a slight bit of a contradiction right? well.. that's just me!Take the quiz: "Which Laguna Beach Character are You?"

My Interests

"Snowboarding is the love of my life!" Although I've been to Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, Morocco, etc.. Mammoth will always be my home away from home. I am a snowboarding addict, so you can definitely catch me on the mountain most of the winter. i believe any day is a great day for the beach. Even in the rain. I like to keep in shape.. gym, running, swimming, soccer. LOVE college football!!! I also lifeguard and teach swim lessons for most of the summer, so to sum things up; i love anything outdoors! LOVE to travel, go new places, try new things, & meet new people! I'm all about the spontaneous adventures, random trips are always the best. I'll try anything once.. you never know unless you try, right? I'm a BIG sushi fan.. I think it may be more of an addiction actually. I'm laid back and pretty easy going; I'm friends with nearly everyone (you have to try pretty damn hard to get me to 'dislike' you) and I HATE drama. oh & I can't forget one last thing... I am one of the lovely ladies of Delta Gamma @ CSULB! Hot damn Delta Gamm!!! oh.. and i forgot to mention my new love for sky diving!

I love it all but I'm definitely a punk/indie/emo & classic rock kinda girl.

Movies:

funny/dumb movies, scary movies, and movies that make you think... p.s. if you haven't seen "An Inconvenient Truth" yet.. GO SEE IT!

Television:

i don't really watch tv but if i do... CNN, all those political talk shows like the daily show and real time with bill maher, and most of all.. i have this new found LOVE for Grey's Anatomy

Books:

love to read.. but honestly barely have the time.. i'm workin on that, it takes me forever to finish a book since my life is somewhat hectic.
