About Me

Not much to tell. I'm a former Marine, divorced & have two kids ( loves o' my life ) who live in Virginia with their mother. I currently work for the "Corps" ( as a civilian ) in Louisiana and lead a pretty easy going life.My interests include anything Football ( specifically the Denver Broncos ), Hockey ( The Colorado Avalanche ), watching movies, reading a good book, and catching a good concert on occasion. Not much into the "Dance" scene, and bars get boring... but there's nothing wrong with getting out for a good beer on occasion. I take my job pretty seriously, but then again.. I'm damn good at it ( guess that makes it easy ). I lean more towards the "conservative" side of politics and am damn proud of our military service members & the job they are doing.Lived the majority of my life in Alaska, but moved around quite a bit with the military for about 13 years. Shoulda never left the Corps, but that's another story for another time.Figured I'd check this site out due to a friends suggestion. He seems to like it.

My Interests

Kinda answered this in a few of the other areas.... but Denver Broncos foot ball and Colorado Avalanche Hockey top my list. I also enjoy playing MMPORPGs on the PC.

I'd like to meet:

John Elway, as well as any former member on the Denver Broncos squad.

Music:

Rock / Metal; Country & Western.Specific rock bands I like are Disturbed, Nickelback, Metallica, Megadeth, Dokken, ( Yeah I know... showing my age :p ), Testament, Rob Zombie & numerous others. As for country... I like Toby Keith, Brooks -n- Dunn, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Lonestar, ect... basically, the "newer" country. Oh, and can't forget to throw a lil' love out there for the female country artists... Reba, Faith, Martina, ect...

Movies:

Current favorite movies include ( but aren't limited to :p ) the LOTR and Godfather epics.

Television:

I don't watch much TV, but a couple shows I enjoy watching when I catch them are "Everwood" and "One Tree Hill".

Books:

Love anything written by R.A. Salvatore. That guy has a helluva imagination and is adept at placing his thoughts on paper.

Heroes:

John Elway... Nuff said
