About Me

Wisconsin bred musician living in Chicago, bass is my passion in many forms.
Where I've been in the past: Hoopaala, Me and My Dog, the New Breed Quintet, The Madison Symphony Orchestra, the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, The Rockford Symphony Orchestra, The Chicago Civic Orchestra (95-96), Trio w/Ken Vandermark and Robert Barry, Scott Rosenberg's "Red", the Cudahys, Bill McKay's "Sounds of Now".
Where I'm going in the future: Certain Stars. I play double bass in Occidental Bros. Dance Band International.
Being a father to my son Nicholas has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my life! Motto for 2007: Forward! Are you coming with?
I believe how you feel on your birthday is how your year goes. This year, my friends old and new gave me a great one.
If May 2 is your birthday: Hockey Player Brad Richards (1980) shares your birthday today. You're a perfectionist with great organizational skills. You observe people and have definite opinions about others. You generally need some time alone everyday, which is why many of you have hobbies. If you like what you're doing, you're extremely hardworking. You're curious about what's going on in the lives of others. This year, you will learn something special and valuable.
Opposites do attract, as you'll verify again this year. Hold your own against a tough competitor and end up with a good friend. These may not be the same person.
It's a year of mythic proportions in terms of your personal growth. The next four months see you slaying personal dragons and claiming heroic prizes. You're sharp enough not to lose your head when you see all the glitter around you in June, and for this reason, you're able to leverage relationships for progress. Leo and Scorpio people adore you. Lucky: 9, 30, 28, 1 and 50.
