Story of Sadie Jones

Welcome to the incredible story of Sadie Jones. You are the fly on the wall. Watch and listen as Sadie stumbles into people, into doors, walls and puddles, into love, heartbreak and subway trains. She falls in and out of friendships and then over the edge of a hotel bathtub, conking her head on a toilet and knocking herself unconscious for five hours only to wake naked and face down in a pool of blood. And then it occurs to her that it's only up from here. And she's now telling her story, bit by weekly bit, writing the ups and downs into songs. And varying indie,folk, pop, alternative, punk, and new wave rocker women from around the world are going to sing them to you. The Story of Sadie Jones is a collaborative effort. It is a project of girls singing about the personal and universal story of one girl's life. Site is launching February 14th, Valentine's Day, 2006.
