About Me

Let's see I am a former computer geek, I guess I still am at heart I just don't do that anymore to put parm in the bank. I graduated from Florida Culinary Institute with an Associate's of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's of Science in Culinary Management. So what am I doing now, well I am in The Meadows looking for a way to make money that doesn't bore me to death and where I can expell my creative juices.

My Interests

I love the idea of one day running the show, having to juggle the logistics of many facets to pull off one single goal on a daily basis in absolute synergy is beyond words to me. I also enjoying cooking because I mainly like seeing others happy. Yes I also enjoy playing games in my spare time to get my mind off the crazy world we live in, just the good sensible games that keep my hand-eye coordination in check. I also find easement of worldly troubles in music and movies from time to time. Going to bars/clubs here and there; nothing crazy I have a responsible repuation to uphold, you should know. Besides I love watching people make fools of themselves and if I am doing just that I can't really do that now can I? Don't really like drinking that much, fermented grain products if you think about it, nothing special there. And uh.. thats about it...
